Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret the design and execution of user acceptance testing and other verification activities to provide recommendations.
  • Support production and review manufacturing and supplier requirements to meet specified timeframes, engineering standards, and business outcomes.
  • Work and interact with people in cross functional multidisciplinary teams to solve routine engineering problems and solutions.

About You:

  • You have a background in Systems Engineering with experience across the full engineering lifecycle, from requirements analysis through to system integration and validation.
  • You are confident working within multi-disciplinary teams and enjoy solving complex problems using structured engineering approaches.
  • You’re comfortable engaging with stakeholders across technical and non-technical areas and can communicate clearly to support project goals.
  • You are detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable, with the flexibility to support system development activities across various environments, both locally and internationally.

Key Attributes:

  • A collaborative mindset, with excellent communication skills and a passion and aptitude for problem solving.
  • Actively listen, share knowledge and experience, provide guidance, and work collaboratively to support teams.
  • Able to work in a high stakes environment to deliver on time and budget.
  • Process-oriented thinker with excellent problem solving skills.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (any specialty, excluding civil).
  • Post Graduate qualifications in Systems Engineering are desirable.
  • Experience in effective use of engineering processes, methods, tools and infrastructure.
  • An ability to apply engineering practices with experience across the engineering lifecycle through concept development, design, integration, test, sustainment and delivery.
  • Experience with multi-disciplinary teams in a structured product development or project engineering environment is desirable.
  • Experience in the Defence sector is desirable.
